Well, I think the current reporting system should continue to work just fine. It's not too difficult for someone to put a direct statement into the text box describing the problem.
I think we can figure out the problem without it going into a specific category ahead of time. ;)

An early gift from my parents. 46" samsung 3D led tv. It came as a package deal with the 3d blu ray player and 3d starter kit with the wheel movies in 3d, which aren't in the pic.
Crappy quality is because it's taken with a iPhone.

Thanks to all the previous help, I've been overly successful. The last app went over so big that the suits have asked for more.
They've asked for another internal app that will step a user through a sequence of steps to install a device. The steps look like:

What do you expect?
1) Most people (AT&T and Verizon) are locked into contracts.
2) When the Verizon iPhone debuted in February, we were all expecting the iPhone 5 in 4-6 months. Why get locked into an iPhone 4 when the 5 was just a few months away?
If there were no contracts and the iPhone4 had debuted on both carriers at the same time, it would have gone very differently.

Any update MUST have the ability to store maps on the device and not stream them from the internet. Data rates are so massively high in other countries that I usually keep data off, or if I have the international plan, will not waste my precious MB's on maps unless I have to.
I could see the reason for keeping it off originally, when capacities were 4 GB and 8 GB. However, with the iPhone 5 having most likely 64 GB of space, the time is here to have the option to store maps locally.

1) Google does not own the mapping database they use
2) Even if they did, there are multiple geographic/mapping data providers
3) None of them obtained their data by having employees drive around in vehicles... That's an absurd suggestion

Yes, the lights were Ikea as well. They come in sets of four. So one package will light up four cubes. Had to purchase 4 sets for this shelf.
Also, the lights can be one of about seven colors. Or you cam make it transition. :)

Open up a terminal window and type:
curl -O enter-the-movies-url-here
(note that it is a capital o, not a zero)
That should download the file to the folder that you initiate the command in. For more information, call curl's man page (type "man curl" sans quotes in the terminal window).

how do you go about flashing one?
Look for this one (Hercules 9800 Pro 128 MB):

IMO the best of 9800 128MBs to flash. It has 128k EEPROM, so it takes full 128k ROM and fits MDD.

As second one I could recommend 9700 (pro or non-pro) 128 MB, also from Hercules:
